Sambal Tempe Kemangi

Daun Kemangi? Sudah tentu wangi!
Ini salah satu lalapan favorit saya. Selain wangi, juga hangat rasanya setelah dimakan.
Ternyata daun kemangi memberi kelezatan lebih pada tempe setelah dimasak dengan bumbu sederhana.

Bahan:
100 gr daun kemangi, bersihkan, petik-petik
500 gr tempe, potong-potong dan goreng, lalu tiriskan.
5 siung bawang putih
12 cabe hijau (sesuai selera)
1 potong kencur
Garam dan gula merah sesuai selera

Cara Membuatnya:
1. Bawang putih, cabe hijau, kencur, garam, gula merah, diulek tidak terlalu halus.
2. Tempe ditumbuk kasar lalu aduk rata dengan bumbu ulek.
3. Masukkan kemangi sedikit-sedikit sambil terus diaduk hingga benar-benar rata.

Enak dimakan dengan nasi hangat
