My Respected Friends
in India
(an open letter)

I was so lucky to have met Uncle Gautam and his family in person. They paid a visit to the hotel where we stayed in New Delhi with lots of gifts and the delicious Roti Prata which I believed were made by Aunt Gautam herself, or by his daughter Sujata.

The photo from the left: me, Sonu, Vinay, and Uncle Gautam.
I missed Shashi, Ashok, Sumedha and Subhadra who were staying in Gandhinagar then, but was glad that I could speak on the phone from almost every place I visited in India.

I hope someday one of you find this blog and see how this photo means so much to me. It's because your friendship has been so special and each of you (also your other beautiful family members I visited) are so kind, so caring, and so friendly.

I don't know when I can see you all again, but I would like to let you know that I cherish everyone of you, and everything we've shared in that exotic India, the Land of the Buddha.

Especially for Sonu: remember, someday I will hear you speak Russian you have now mastered!

And Abhay, I will see your new exciting drawings! If you don't mind, draw for me a picture of the Buddha please.

Sujata, I would like to see your lovely smile again. I just feel sorry, we were too excited to see you and be at your home with your family that I forgot to take your pictures... :((
Say HI to Aunt Gautam for me please.

Stay well and happy.

You are all in my mind and heart.
