I was so worried,
if I could be a good wife
and a good mother of your children...

I thank you,
without this marriage
I would not have known
you could make me what I am now:
a wife who may not be the best among others,
a mother who may not have been
so perfect as other mothers can be.
But so far you've just let me
be myself and enjoy learning
to be a better wife
and a more caring mother
from all the mistakes I've made
